Hello Readers and Writers!

This is my first writer's blog, and I'm looking forward to sharing books as well as thoughts and blog threads here with you! You might know that my facebook page, bearing the same name as this blog, contains daily tips for writers and for quilters (a different sort of "thread.")

 But what I'd like to do here is share new books with their authors and with their readers.

I'll start with the newest book in my collection, which just hit Amazon today. The title grew gradually as the book was written, revised, rewritten, edited, and finally finished. I'll spare you the titles in process and just introduce it by its real title, Multiple Sclerosis, an Enigma. It's a little bit bio, a little bit family/relationships, and a little bit medical narrative.

I had the advantage of chapter by chapter reviews shared by the writers at FanStory.com, a writing workshop site that  hosts writers who want to review with and receive reviews from other writers. It's worth checking out. FanStory

I think we can do the same thing here, but for books rather than just poems and short stories. I'd love to read your review of my first non-fiction full length book ... It even has a spine, and now, so do I!
